Manchester United have an opportunity to claim back-to-back wins in the Premier League for the first time this season and capitalise on an encouraging victory over Chelsea. Ruben Amorim's team travel to Brentford in what could be considered a grudge match, considering the protracted transfer saga that led to Bryan Mbeumo heading to Old Trafford.
The Red Devils will be forced into at least two changes from that win over Chelsea, where Casemiro was sent off. He is suspended for Saturday lunchtime's clash and Amorim will have to find Bruno Fernandes a new partner in midfield. The head coach also confirmed that Amad won't be available, as he is given compassionate leave due to a bereavement in the family.
Here, Express Sport writers name their lineups for the match and explain their reasons why...

A trip to the Gtech has been one of the toughest tests in the Premier League since Brentford were promoted, but without Thomas Frank, Bryan Mbeumo, Yoane Wissa and Christian Norgaard, the Bees may not be the side we are used to.
Senne Lammens has to make his debut at some point and with Brentford's set-piece threat, this may be time to leave Altay Bayindir out. Harry Maguire did not do too much wrong against Chelsea, but Yoro-De Ligt-Shaw appears to be Amorim's favoured back three and they should get another run-out.
Thowing Kobbie Mainoo in alongside Bruno Fernandes may be at odds with Amorim's plans, but Manuel Ugarte has disappointed in every appearance this season and the skipper needs some support in midfield.
Dropping Benjamin Sesko may appear harsh, but he still needs time to adapt to English football. Starting Rasmus Hojlund every week did little for his confidence, and Mason Mount started the season so brightly, let the Slovenian sensation attack tired legs for the last 30 minutes and get his first goal.
My team (3-4-2-1): Lammens; Yoro, De Ligt, Shaw; Dalot, Fernandes, Mainoo, Dorgu; Mbeumo, Mount, Cunha

They say you shouldn't change a winning team but United will have no choice after Casemiro was sent off against Chelsea. His most likely replacement is Manuel Ugarte, meaning Kobbie Mainoo could be consigned to the bench once again.
Another change might be made in goal with Senne Lammens ready to make his Premier League debut. Altay Bayindir has failed to put forward a convincing case and it would not be a surprise to see him dropped in favour of United's summer signing.
Diogo Dalot faces a late fitness test and could be replaced by Noussair Mazraoui if he is not ready to start. The rest of the side essentially picks itself, although Leny Yoro could be recalled in place of Harry Maguire in the back three.
My team (3-4-2-1): Lammens; Yoro, De Ligt, Shaw; Mazraoui, Ugarte, Fernandes, Dorgu; Mbuemo, Cunha; Sesko.

After a strange match against Chelsea, which saw both sides play at least 45 minutes with 10 men, Ruben Amorim will be hoping for a more routine afternoon away to Brentford.
There is talk that Senne Lammens could be ushered into the starting XI, whereas Harry Maguire likely did enough to retain his spot from the off. United should also be boosted by the return of Matheus Cunha, meaning the Red Devils could start the match with all three summer signings in attack once again.
My team (3-4-2-1): Lammens; De Ligt, Maguire, Shaw; Mazraoui, Ugarte, Fernandes, Dorgu; Mbeumo, Sesko, Cunha
