Holyhead LIVE: Schools on lockdown as armed police storm Welsh town

Schools in a UK town were placed in lockdown on Monday, it has been reported. A heightened police presence, including armed police officers, was noticed by locals in Holyhead on September 15. Parents at a primary school reportedly received a message stating the pupils' school was put into a "temporary lockdown" by the North Wales Police.
