- Arbi – 2 tbsp (boiled)
- Rock salt – as per taste
- Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
- Green chilli – 1 tsp (chopped)
- Ghee – for frying
