Marwari Garlic Chutney RecipeFirst step- To make chutney, peel about 50 grams of garlic and crush it. Garlic chutney tastes very delicious when made by crushing it. Put the crushed garlic in a bowl.
Second step- Mix 2 teaspoons of crushed red chilli powder in water and make a paste. You can also use dried red chilli powder if you want. Soak 10 dried red chilli powder in water. When the chilli powder swells, grind them and make a paste. We are using ground chilli powder here.
Third step- Now take 1 tablespoon of whole coriander and grind it well. Now take a pan or wok to make chutney. Add 2 pinches of asafoetida in it. Add half a teaspoon of mustard seeds in oil. When the mustard seeds start crackling, add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds and fry it and then add crushed garlic in the oil.
Fourth step- Fry the garlic till it turns golden. Now add crushed coriander and fry it lightly. Now add the ground chillies soaked in water. Now fry the chutney on medium flame for 2-3 minutes while stirring it. The chutney has to be fried while stirring it continuously.
Fifth step- Now to make the chutney even more delicious, add 2 teaspoons of thick and less sour curd. After adding curd, fry the chutney while stirring continuously. Now add salt to the chutney and fry it. If you want, you can also add tamarind paste instead of curd. Or you can also eat only garlic chutney like this.
Sixth step- Delicious garlic chutney is ready. Keep it aside to cool slightly. Very tasty and healthy garlic chutney is ready. You can eat it for many days. You can also eat this chutney with puri, paratha or rice.
