Baba has a luxurious 70-room mansion in Balrampur. On Tuesday, 9 bulldozers were run on the mansion but only 20 rooms and a 40 feet long and wide hall could be demolished. Now the bulldozer action is going on again on Wednesday. The administration has declared the 40-room portion illegal. According to UP ATS, Changur Baba used to run the network of conversion in India from this mansion. The mansion is in the name of girlfriend Neetu alias Nasreen. Neetu Naveen Rohra is only 7th pass. Neetu belongs to a middle class Sindhi family of Balrampur. She went to Dubai with her husband Naveen Ghanshyam Rohra in 2015. Both of them converted on 16 November 2015. Neetu changed her name to Nasreen. Her husband changed his name from Naveen Rohra to Jalaluddin. After this, Nasreen became a member of Changur's conversion gang. Soon she won the trust of Changur.

Neetu used to first fool poor Hindu families by telling them about the miracles of Changur Baba. Then she used to trap them by luring them with financial help and bearing the expenses of their treatment. Then she used to introduce these Hindu families to Changur Baba and get them converted. Her husband Naveen also used to help her in this work. He used to trap poor Hindu families by giving them loans. He used to force people trapped in debt to convert.

Neetu converted to Islam in Dubai in 2015

Changur Baba's house is in Rehra Mafi village of Balrampur. Neetu lived here with her husband Naveen Rohra. Seeing the lifestyle and attire of all three, the people of the area did not even guess that they were Sindhis. Neetu converted in Dubai in 2015. She went there with her husband Naveen Rohra alias Jalaluddin. Later, all the members of Naveen's family accepted Islam in 2021. She used to claim miracles and say that her life changed after becoming a Muslim. She used to convince poor Hindu girls to convert. Neetu used to target the entire family.

Changur Baba and Neetu were staying in the hotel for 70 days

Changur Baba and his girlfriend Neetu alias Nasreen were living like husband and wife in a hotel in Vikas Nagar, Lucknow for the last 70 days. Both were arrested by UP ATS from Lucknow. Investigation revealed that on April 16, Changur Baba had booked room number 102 in Star Rooms Hotel. Initially the room was booked for only four days. Both had given their Aadhar cards. The game of conversion was going on in this hotel. The book 'Shijar-e-Taiba' was also found with Changur.
