Shoppers with a sweet tooth will be pleased to know Marks & Spencer has launched new chunky loaded cookies in three different flavours. On Wednesday (July 9) the supermarket released its chocolate and hazelnut, raspberry cheesecake and pistachio Chunked n’Loaded cookies, much to the delight of fans.
The M&S website states: “Get ready to upgrade your cookie game – these chunky, single-serve delights are made to a rich all-butter recipe, hand-finished and baked in store every day for that proper bakery-style bite. And because we don’t do ordinary, these are the first cookies on the high street to be both filled and topped.”
Content creators on social media have been eager to try the new cookies, including food and drink influencer Angelina Perello-Javar.

Known on TikTok for reviewing new and viral foods to see if they are ‘Angelina-certified’, she shared a video on the platform to share her verdict on the cookies.
The London-based food fan said she paid £2.10 for each cookie and shared that they are supposed to be similar to the famous Crumbl Cookies in the US.
She first tried the chocolate and hazelnut cookie and said: “Oooh, these cookies are bigger than what I expected.
“This is what the inside of the chocolate cookie looks like. It’s definitely loaded, but the question is, will it load my belly?”
Taking a bite of the cookie, she immediately got flavours similar to Nutella thanks to a burst of hazelnut and admitted she was “impressed.”
This cookie is made with dark chocolate chips and crunchy nibbled hazelnuts with a “rich, oozy chocolate and hazelnut centre,” finished off with a swirl of milk chocolate and some roasted hazelnuts, according to M&S.
Angelina gave it a 7.5 out of 10. The foodie then moved onto the raspberry cookie that boasts a cheesecake-style centre, white chocolate chips, a drizzle of white chocolate and freeze-dried raspberries.
After taking a bite, she was visibly blown away and told viewers that she liked this cookie “so much more than the chocolate” as she found it “richer” and “creamier”.
She rated this cookie a nine out of 10. Before sampling the last cookie, the content creator added: “I genuinely don’t know how the pistachio cookie is going to top that.”
M&S has described the pistachio cookie as a “moreish mix of sweet, nutty and zesty” with white chocolate chips, nibbed pistachios, and a “hint of Sicilian lemon oil” with a “smooth pistachio and cream cheese-style centre”.
It is also topped with a white chocolate drizzle and crushed pistachios. Angelina held up the pistachio cookie and showed what it looked like on the inside.
She bit into it and didn’t look too happy as she questioned if it was “even pistachio.” The foodie complained that it “tastes like a lemon cookie, not a pistachio cookie.”
Taking another bite to make sure, she confirmed that it did taste of lemon and claimed she couldn’t taste any pistachio cream.
Angelina scored the pistachio cookie a 5.5 out of 10 since she revealed she isn’t keen on lemon.
TikTok viewers in the comment section of her post agreed that it tastes of lemon. One said: “Finally someone who said the pistachio tastes like lemon.”
Another added: “Omg I tried the pistachio one today and I also thought it tasted more of lemon. Was gutted as I love pistachio.”
A third chimed in: “Tried these today and didn’t love them. The pistachio was literally lemon and barely had any pistachio flavour. The raspberry was really nice though.”
