In Mumbai, Flipkart transformed a busy Carter Road into a vibrant brand zone with a striking umbrella installation offering a cheerful spot to take shelter during the monsoon showers and adding a moment of joy in an everyday work setting. In Bengaluru, employees at ETV office in Doddanekundi were surprised with a fun vending machine experience dispensing cupcakes, reinforcing Flipkart Minutes’ promise of delivering instant delights and everyday convenience, right when you need them.
Digitally, Flipkart created a playful WhatsApp voice-note activation where customers were invited to send birthday wishes to the Flipkart Minutes bot and, in return, received exciting deals and surprise offers.
